Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited use of BryskBits services. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
BryskBits provides infrastructure for lawful streaming, media, CDN origin, IPTV, bandwidth, and custom delivery workloads. This AUP protects customers, third parties, rights holders, and the network.
1. Lawful privacy only
Privacy-oriented or offshore hosting supports lawful privacy. It does not relax these prohibitions, create immunity from applicable law, or authorize copyright infringement, malware, fraud, spam, phishing, abuse, or unauthorized streaming.
2. Illegal and harmful content
You may not host, transmit, store, link to, or distribute content that is unlawful or abusive, including:
- child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, or sexualized minor content;
- terrorist content, credible threats, or content that unlawfully incites violence;
- fraudulent, deceptive, impersonating, or rights-violating material;
- content that violates applicable sanctions, export, or financial-crime laws.
3. Malware, phishing, botnets and credential abuse
You may not use the Services to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, phishing pages, credential theft tools, stolen credentials, botnet infrastructure, command-and-control systems, loaders, droppers, or traffic intended to compromise other systems.
4. Spam, email and reputation abuse
Unsolicited bulk email, spam campaigns, snowshoe spam, list bombing, open relays, deceptive headers, purchased recipient lists, and IP reputation abuse are prohibited. Email sending may be restricted, rate-limited, or disabled where needed to protect network reputation.
5. Network attacks and interference
You may not launch, coordinate, or facilitate DDoS attacks, reflection, amplification, spoofing, unauthorized scanning, brute force attempts, vulnerability probing, credential stuffing, traffic floods, route abuse, or activity that degrades networks, systems, or users without permission.
6. Copyright, media rights and unauthorized streaming
Customers must hold all rights needed to host, ingest, relay, stream, transcode, store, or distribute media. Copyright infringement, stolen content, unauthorized IPTV channels, piracy, circumvention of access controls, and unauthorized retransmission are prohibited.
7. Resource abuse and security responsibility
You must secure applications, credentials, operating systems, panels, middleware, and scripts. Misuse from a compromised server may still be treated as a violation where you failed to apply reasonable security controls or did not respond to notices. You may not use the Services in a way that materially harms other customers, the network, IP reputation, routing stability, or service availability.
8. Investigation and enforcement
BryskBits may investigate suspected violations, request information, forward complaints to customers, filter traffic, null-route traffic, suspend services, remove content where technically possible, terminate accounts, or preserve and disclose information when required by law. Emergency action may occur without advance notice where needed to protect third parties or the network.
9. Abuse reporting
Use the Report Abuse page to submit copyright, spam, phishing, malware, network, fraud, or safety reports. Include IP addresses, hostnames, timestamps with timezone, evidence, and your contact details so the report can be evaluated.
These public policies are drafted for publication clarity and operational alignment. Final publication should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the actual company jurisdiction and contracting entity.
